Get to Know the Role

Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager, you'll collaborate across disciplines (Product, Business, Engineering, Design, and Data Science) to transform data into dynamic solutions. Your insights will directly help develop groundbreaking products and initiatives, setting new benchmarks for excellence. This isn't just any role; it's a chance to make a tangible impact on millions of lives every day.

This role is based in Petaling Jaya and onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will propose cutting-edge product ideas by diving deep into data, addressing the most pressing customer challenges.
• You will leverage your mastery of data to uncover trends, decode anomalies, and tell compelling stories that inspire action.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to define key product metrics and design experiments, including A/B testing, that shape the future of our products.
• You will design and manage data specifications for new products, ensuring accurate data collection in collaboration with engineering teams.
• You will drive significant improvements across our platforms, enhancing user experience, and contributing to our mission of excellence.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 4 years of experience in data-related or quantitative fields.
• Fluent in SQL, Python, R, or other scripting/programming languages, and comfortable working with very large datasets and complex ETL processes.
• Strong statistical knowledge with hands-on experience in running and analyzing controlled experiments, turning data into actionable insights. You're almost like an A/B Test Sensei!
• Data visualization and storytelling skills, with experience creating dashboards using Tableau or other visualization tools. Knowledge of Azure tool stack (Databricks, PowerBI, Azure Data Explorer) is a plus.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex subjects clearly to diverse audiences, including both generalists and specialists.
