Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant and Delivery Lead to drive banking data governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise data transformation programs. You will serve as the primary client-facing engagement lead, shaping governance models and data policies with senior stakeholders.

Incumbents will lead delivery streams, collaborate with architects, and oversee UAT and executive sign-offs, ensuring business goals translate into concrete roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or Banking Transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Nice to Have: Collibra, Purview, Alation, Informatica; CDMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive engagement and workshops with banking executives.
• Define enterprise Data Governance Target Operating Models and policies.
• Oversee program delivery, UAT, and executive sign-offs.
