Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Senior Functional Consultant and Delivery Lead to drive banking data governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise data transformation programs. You will lead executive workshops, define CDEs, and shape functional roadmaps.

Responsibilities include defining governance operating models, establishing data policies, and overseeing delivery streams with architects and engineering leads, including UAT and executive sign-offs.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or Banking Transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IS, Communications or related field.
• Nice to have: Collibra, Purview, Alation, Informatica; CDMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Executive Engagement & Workshop Leadership: design and facilitate workshops with banking executives and align goals with roadmaps.
• Target Operating Model & Business Governance: define enterprise data governance models and data policies.
• Program Delivery Leadership & Oversight: lead functional delivery streams and manage UAT and sign-offs.
