Job summary

Kairo Technology Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Project Manager for data centre and infrastructure projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage design consultancy activities, and coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes strong planning, stakeholder communication and problem-solving, with immediate availability preferred and a project-based contract of 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience; more senior experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering design and consultancy processes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate engineering design consultancy activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, deliverable schedules and key design milestones.
• Coordinate between client, consultants, engineers, vendors, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Lead and participate in design coordination meetings, technical meetings and project progress meetings.
• Monitor the progress of engineering drawings, calculations, technical submissions, specifications and other project deliverables.
• Provide leadership and direction to the project/design coordination team.
