Responsibilities

• Technical support for mission-critical data center systems, using analytical problem solving to identify causes.
• Review specialized reports and activities.
• Oversee site maintenance and upkeep of data center infrastructures to global standards.
• Ensure repairs follow manufacturer guidelines and best practices.
• Assist on root-cause analysis and devise solutions based on limited information and precedent.
• Collaborate with design stakeholders and adapt style to different audiences; advise others as needed.
• Validate design criteria for new principal power installations (e.g., single power source).
