Overview

Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, HR, Ops).

Perform data modeling, cleaning, and transformation from multiple sources (Google Sheets, Excel, SQL databases, etc.).

Use Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) to automate workflows, data analysis, and forecasting models.

Provide deep-dive data analysis and trends to support business decisions, campaigns, or operational improvements.

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards across departments.

Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across platforms.

Identify performance gaps, patterns, and optimization opportunities based on internal data.

Support the company’s transition into data-centric operations, including training or enabling other team members when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.

Proficient in Power BI and/or Python for analysis and reporting.

Strong understanding of data querying (SQL) and relational databases.

Experience in building and managing KPI dashboards.

Excellent communication skills — able to explain insights to non-technical users.

Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and business-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-departmental business environment.

Familiarity with data connectors/APIs, Google Workspace, or automation tools (e.g., Power Automate).

Prior exposure to business operations, digital marketing, or HR analytics is a plus.
