Job Description
  • Coordinates post-sale activities to ensure customers meet TIC certification requirements and adhere to product or service adoption timelines.
  • Serves as a single point of contact for post-sales services and ongoing relationship support for assigned customer contacts.
  • Builds trust, transparency, and loyalty with customer contacts; gauges their engagement levels with UL and shares feedback internally when appropriate.
  • Connects customer personnel to relevant UL staff (account managers, sales representatives, technical inside sales, delivery teams, engineers, etc.) when applicable.
  • Takes ownership of a variety of product, investment, and technical issues, ensuring complete resolution from the customer's perspective.
  • Supports implementation and fulfillment teams in delivering solutions to customers post-sale.
  • Proactively identifies common pain points and roadblocks in TIC product/service implementation and develops solutions.
  • Collaborates with internal resources until issues are resolved and communicated effectively to customers.
  • Provides input to account managers or TSR/TISR to inform sales strategies based on customer partnerships and needs understanding.
  • Builds an internal UL problem-solving network, engaging internal personnel proactively to anticipate problems and improve delivery.
  • Adheres to the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and all physical and digital security practices.
Responsibilities

  • Handles internal backend systems for quotations, order and project bookings.

  • Participates in night calls with overseas affiliates as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Preferably with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of TIC products/services, especially electrical.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with senior and executive-level contacts.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
  • Organized, patient, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.
  • Experience in TIC or appliances industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, sales teams, and engineers.
  • Self-initiative, motivation, and a willingness to learn.
  • Customer-centric mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
