Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall customer service management of the project.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in both Chinese and English.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in property customer service management. Experience in sales gallery operations or clubhouse/property management is preferred.
  3. Professional demeanor with strong workplace etiquette; candidates with experience in international workplace communication will be given priority (this role will involve coordination with non-Chinese clients).

Additional Info:

This position is based at the Bay of Lights Sales & Leasing Center in Sihanoukville.

Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 6 days/week (1 day off per week).

Public holidays are observed as normal.

Annual leave: 18 standard days + 6 company leave days, totaling 24 paid working days per year.
