Job summary
A leading logistics company is seeking a customer service representative to manage inquiries, liaise with overseas partners, and execute daily tasks. - Handle and identify customer inquiries accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries on booking confirmation and shipments.
- Execute daily customer service tasks including documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities
- To handle and identify customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on booking confirmation and monitoring of shipments.
- Proactive in communication with oversea business partners.
- Execute the daily customer service task; email/send pre-alert, update shipment schedules, prepare reports required, documentation/filing and billing and others.
- To identify and solve problems in a timely manner and find alternative solutions
- Relationship with Airlines / Ocean liners will be an added advantage.
- To liaise with Operation Team/ Airlines / Ocean liners.
- To carry out any duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
- To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce / Logistic / Transportation / Supply Chain / Maritime, other equivalent.
- Working experience in Logistics or Sea freight or Airfreight forwarding Sales / Sales Support / Customer Services required. However, fresh graduates with good academic results are encouraged to apply
- Posses the ability and desire to sell, excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- Knowledge of MS Office for reporting and analysis.
- Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
