Position Summary

The Senior Customer Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating BTL marketing activities and digital marketing solutions to achieve brand objectives. These activities include marketing campaign planning, customized promotions, e-commerce initiatives, content development, collaborative ads, affiliate marketing, and coordination with the E-commerce team and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop channel and customer strategies aligned with brand and category vision.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to implement activation plans for various platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and assess platform assets and marketing solutions like search ads and livestreams.
  • Prepare analytical reports to identify opportunities and address gaps.
  • Coordinate with Graphic Designers to optimize e-commerce content.
  • Work with digital agencies to develop content, activate ads, and evaluate online marketing performance.
  • Provide merchandising guidelines for new and re-launches.
  • Engage cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other teams.
  • Ensure timely communication of activities with the Sales team.
  • Support consumer promotions to boost sales and meet marketing goals.
  • Integrate brand marketing initiatives into consumer promotions.
  • Plan and execute store activities to increase consumer engagement and conversions.
  • Contribute ideas to 360 marketing plans for BTL promotions and campaigns.
  • Implement and execute approved BTL activities aligned with brand strategy.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze marketing activities for effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly e-commerce reports analyzing competitor activities and market share.
  • Monitor project spends to ensure adherence to A&P budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in trade/category marketing, sales, or related areas within FMCG industry.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
