Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a Senior Customer Assistant for NU Sentral to deliver friendly, professional customer service and efficiently operate the shop. You will maintain stock levels, handle cashier duties, and promote the Watsons VIP Member Card.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and experience in health/retail pharmacy is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage.
