Watsons Malaysia in Johor Bahru is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our retail staff. You will provide professional service, manage stock levels, promote Watson’s VIP Member Cards, and support achieving sales targets while upholding store standards.

The ideal candidate has a pleasant personality with good communication skills, can work retail hours including weekends and public holidays, and is available for both full- and part-time roles.

Responsibilities:

• To maintains procedures and methods according to Operations Standards.
• To undertakes other tasks as required by superiors.

Education & Experience:

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a PMR/PT3/SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
• Full/ Part-Time positions available.
