Job summary

Watsons Malaysia in Johor is seeking a customer-service focused individual to join our retail team. You will provide professional service to customers, maintain adequate stock levels and apply selling techniques to hit sales targets.

You will also handle cashier duties and promote Watson’s VIP Member Cards, while adhering to Operations Standards. The role may include additional tasks as required by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Must have PMR/PT3/SPM/STPM/A Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills; adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
