Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a customer-oriented team member to manage in-store service and cashier duties at our Malaysia location. You will ensure a friendly, professional experience for customers, maintain smooth shop operation, and promote the Watsons VIP Member Card.

The role requires the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and support stock activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM qualification.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Outgoing, energetic with strong communication.

5. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
