Job description

  • Budget: 3.000 - 5.000 MYR (Including all the tax, EPF, Socso)
  • Must-have: experience with eCommerce management and professional in Mandarin, Cantonese
  • Work type: Remote Fulltime 100% (So you can still stay in Malaysia and work remotely with the engineering team in Hongkong)
  • Need to follow Hongkong Public holiday

AM role

Manage day-to-day operations and performance of seller accounts on LAZADA and Shopee.

Plan and execute campaigns in collaboration with marketing, affiliates, and influencers.

Track and analyze data to optimize store performance and improve KPIs.

Communicate with platform representatives and partners for account-related matters.

Operation and CS role

  • Provide live chat support for LAZADA and Shopee platforms.
  • Contribute to the growth of our global e-Commerce business through collaborations, affiliates, and influencers.
  • Analyze data and optimize performance for better results.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat on LAZADA and Shopee.
  • Ensure shift coverage for live chat support from Monday to Friday (9 AM6 PM) and Weekends (10 AM7 PM).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in identifying and engaging with affiliates, influencers, and brands for promotional opportunities.
  • Analyze customer interactions and report findings to improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in eCommerce, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in e-Commerce or digital marketing.
  • Prior knowledge of LAZADA and Shopee platform operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
