Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering or related field.
• More than 5 years of field service experience preferred for senior.
• In-depth knowledge of UPS, electrical systems, PTU systems and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service work with low to medium complexity per work instructions and ABB standards.
• Plan and execute work on a first-time-right basis with customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer operations and reduce pain points.
• Prepare material lists and ensure availability of parts and equipment for service activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process failures and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Install and commission UPS and electrical systems within data centers for optimal performance.
• Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime.
