Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled credit reviews for assigned customer accounts and analyze financial statements and credit reports.
• Prepare credit recommendations and assess risk aligned with policy.
• Monitor payment performance and escalate significant concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer credit master data and records.
• Prepare and analyse monthly credit risk reports and ensure proper credit limits.
• Review orders prior to release and escalate policy exceptions.
• Independently manage transaction-processing activities and resolve inquiries.
• Support compliance with Financial Control Framework and SOX requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Collections to communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Participate in monthly credit, order release, and collections reviews.
