We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our team. The Senior Credit Management Executive (Consumer & Debt Management) role involves overseeing both consumer policies and debt management for both consumer and corporate sectors. Responsibilities include managing consumer bankruptcies, company insolvencies, and overseeing the complete insolvency processes. The role also involves managing various accounts, ensuring the efficient execution of all related procedures, and handling consumer operations such as administration, consumer blacklisting, compliance, and reporting. Expertise in liquidation, judicial management, bankruptcy, debt repayment schemes, and reporting will be crucial in guiding the team to meet both compliance and operational standards.

Make an Impact by:

  • Govern the consumer and corporate insolvency process.
  • Lead and oversee the assignment of debt to external agencies and law firms.
  • Supervise consumer and debt management activities to ensure an efficient recovery process, including credit block process.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders on system enhancements and defect resolution.
  • Manage and handle escalation cases effectively and efficiently.
  • Lead and supervise team members’ productivity, accuracy, and provide weekly and/or monthly reports to the Manager.
  • Assist managers and collaborate with various stakeholders on initiatives and projects.
  • Prepare statistics, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide briefings to various stakeholders on initiatives, projects, policies, and processes.
  • Review work processes and recommend strategies for improvements and efficiency.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to broaden knowledge and experience.

Skills for Success:

  • Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the Telco industry.
  • Exposure in proof of debts, liquidation, and managing debt collection agents is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and system knowledge (CRM/ECOM/Kenan).
  • Experience in a leadership role or mentoring juniors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
