Ensure seamless integration of broadcast effects, AR/VR elements, and thematic packaging to strengthen brand consistency.
3. Product & Experience Design
Collaborate with game developers and partners to create exclusive tournament formats (e.g., special game modes, community challenges).
Plan highly engaging tournament structures and content to expand user influence and brand reputation.
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the key creative liaison, working closely with clients (game publishers, sponsors, media platforms).
Lead high-level proposal meetings to align stakeholders on creative solutions.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience as a Creative Director, preferably in esports, gaming, or live entertainment.
Proven track record in large-scale tournaments (e.g., pro leagues, esports festivals) or brand campaigns.
Expertise in stage design, visual storytelling, and interactive experiences.
Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to handle feedback and drive decision-making.
Passion for esports, with a deep understanding of industry trends and Southeast Asian market. Ability to plan engaging live-streamed tournament products and content based on esports games and ecosystems.
Preference given to candidates with knowledge of games such as CF, PUBG Mobile, Teamfight Tactics (TFT), Dark Zone, etc.
Language: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
