Responsibilities include:

1. Consolidation and preparation of factory cost-saving performance reports for Senior Management.
2. Departmental and product cost analysis, comparing performances to Forecast/Budget, and developing corrective action plans with the Operations group.
3. Analysis of Manufacturing Performances in terms of cost, productivity, and efficiency.
4. Preparation of the annual spending budget for Operations groups.
5. Preparation of monthly forecasts for Operations.
6. Driving factory cost-saving initiatives/projects by identifying opportunities with finance cost analysts.
7. Conducting weekly reviews with operations on expenses and progress of cost-saving measures.
8. Serving as the main communication point with Business units on cost-saving initiatives and progress.

Qualifications:

• Skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Budgeting.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Experience in Cost Engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
• Proficiency in cost analysis tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
