Responsibilities
  • Coordinate IPO preparation, documentation, and due diligence with bankers, auditors, legal advisors, and company secretary.
  • Support submissions to Securities Commission (SC) and Bursa Malaysia, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and financial disclosure requirements.
  • Contribute to investor relations activities, including roadshows, analyst briefings, and shareholder meetings (AGM/EGM).
  • Support sustainability and ESG reporting requirements in line with Bursa Malaysia guidelines.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation benchmarking, and financial modelling.
  • Assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), treasury support, and post-IPO obligations.
  • Provide technical input in Finance-related SOPs, policies, and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Certification: ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or CFA strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in accounting, audit (Big 4/mid-tier), or corporate finance.
  • Direct exposure to IPO, M&A, or due diligence projects will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and SC Guidelines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
