Responsibilities:

External Communications:
  • Drive media activities and programmes to ensure positive publicity through planning, development, and implementation of PR activities.
  • Research, strategise, and develop media content such as press releases, spokesperson talking points, Q&A documents, articles, video scripts, and infographics.
  • Coordinate press conferences, product/campaign launches, media interviews, and briefings, ensuring high standards.
  • Amplify stories via social media channels by repurposing content to maximize reach and visibility.
  • Research industry trends and government policies to craft articles that position RHB as a thought leader.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local and regional media through regular engagement activities.
  • Create reports and dashboards to measure media impact, reach, and benchmark against competitors, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate media activities with business units for upcoming campaigns or product launches.
  • Assist with crisis communication by updating toolkits, conducting simulations, and coordinating responses.
Internal Communications:
  • Collaborate with business units and HR to align communication strategies with Group priorities.
  • Utilise digital tools to implement internal communication plans and promote employee engagement.
  • Support leadership communication by designing messages and organising town halls and engagement events.
  • Drive cultural initiatives to promote dialogue, strengthen employee value propositions, and enhance workplace engagement.
