The role involves coordinating air notifications to unitholders, maintaining corporate profiles, producing internal and external communications, and managing spokesperson engagements while ensuring timely and compliant messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar role.
• Experience in media relations, event management, and corporate communications is preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Good organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Media Relations: Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with media.
• Event Management: Coordinate corporate events, media briefings, and stakeholder engagements.
• Internal & External Communications: Draft and coordinate internal announcements, employee communications, and external messaging.
• Notification of AIR to Unitholders: Coordinate and execute timely notification of AIR to unitholders.
• Maintenance of Corporate Profiles: Maintain and update corporate credentials, spokesperson profiles, and presentation materials.
• Video Development: Support planning and production of internal videos and corporate messaging.
• Spokesperson Management: Assist in managing spokesperson engagements and briefing materials.
• Crisis Communication Support: Support crisis communication plans/drills and issuing statements.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders, PR agencies, and vendors.
