The Maples Group is seeking a Cayman Islands based Corporate Associate to join a leading corporate team. The role offers exposure to top offshore deals and a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

You will work across high‑profile matters with a blue‑chip client base and be supported by a strong, global platform. Candidates will typically have 5–10 years' post‑qualification experience in leading firms, with robust drafting skills and the ability to manage complex transactions independently

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical and advisory capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex deals and client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Provide high‑level advice on corporate matters including M&A, private equity and governance.
• Draft, review and negotiate sophisticated transaction documents.
• Coordinate with cross‑border teams and external counsel on transactions.
• Keep clients informed of regulatory developments affecting corporate structures.
• Support business development and cross‑selling efforts.
• Collaborate across practice groups to deliver integrated solutions.
