Digistar Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Head of Accounts to manage full sets of accounts, intercompany reconciliations, month-end close, statutory consolidation, and Bursa announcements in Malaysia. The role requires a CA/CPA/ACCA with MIA, and PLC experience, with leadership of the accounts team.

You will coordinate with bankers, auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries, ensure compliance, and provide professional guidance while upholding internal policies and regulatory

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) with valid MIA membership.
• At least 2 years in a Public Listed Company.
• Must be eligible and qualified to sign off the financial statements of a PLC in accordance with Malaysian regulatory requirements.
• Strong Communication and inter-personal skills.
• Independent, resourceful and tactful.
• Capable of providing professional guidance to Accounts team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full set of accounts, intercompany-reconciliation and audit schedules
• Oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring timely account reconciliations and accurate financial reporting
• Conduct statutory consolidation and prepare group consolidated financial statements
• Manage the quarterly Bursa announcement requirement
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and other external parties or stakeholders
• Ensure up-to-date accounting records and supervise a group of accounts staff
