Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a business consultancy role focusing on core banking solutions.
• Fresh graduates with 1–2 years in relevant fields may apply for Junior roles.
• Strong expertise in banking systems and financial technologies, including Islamic/ core banking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to clients in Deposit, Loan, Treasury, FX, or Trade Finance domains.
• Analyze business needs and design innovative core banking solutions.
• Lead requirement analysis and solution design aligned with product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Stay updated on Islamic banking regulations and industry trends.
• Manage consulting projects ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
