A well-established conveyancing firm in the Klang Valley is seeking a Senior Conveyancing Lawyer or Partner for their KL branch. This role offers a direct partnership track for the right candidate. Responsibilities include handling conveyancing matters and mentoring junior staff. Candidates should have Malaysian Bar admission and at least 5 years of experience in conveyancing. Only Malaysian citizens are eligible for this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in conveyancing.
• Proven ability to bring in files and clients.

1. Handle end to end conveyancing matters (SPA, loan agreements, property transactions)
2. Grow & manage client relationships (developers, bankers, agents, clients)
3. Lead, guide & mentor junior conveyancers and clerks
4. Ensure compliance with Malaysian property law & conveyancing practices
5. Bring in and manage your own conveyancing files (preferred)

Requirements

1. Malaysian Bar admission (Advocate & Solicitor)
2. 5+ years PQE in conveyancing (developer or project SPA experience preferred)
3. Proven ability to bring in files and clients
4. Strong leadership & networking skills
