This full-time position involves managing all aspects of property transactions to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Handle conveyancing matters including sub-sale, loan documentation, and real property projects.
• Liaise with clients, other law firms, and relevant authorities to coordinate property transactions.
• Conduct property searches and due diligence to comply with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all property transactions.
• Provide guidance and support to conveyancing staff for consistent and efficient service.
• Stay updated with changes in property law and regulations to ensure compliance.
