About the role

Hafez & Partners' is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Conveyancing Clerk to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Senior Conveyancing Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Property Law practice, handling a diverse range of conveyancing matters and ensuring the successful completion of real estate transactions.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development within our thriving law firm.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documents such as sales and purchase agreements, real estate transfer deeds, and other legal instruments
• Liaising with clients, property developers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation
• Conducting title searches and verifying the accuracy of property records
• Coordinating with relevant authorities and agencies to complete the conveyancing process
• Providing support and guidance to junior conveyancing staff
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all conveyancing matters are handled in a timely and efficient manner

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Conveyancing Clerk, preferably in a reputable law firm
