Overview

As a Senior Contracts Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity

Role

In this role, you will:

1. Administer the tender process across multiple contracts, from GCs to professional consultant appointments.
2. Track and manage tender process steps, including bidder prequalification, tender issuance, queries and responses, tender submissions, and post-tender negotiations.
3. Draft contracts and collate contract documentation.
4. Oversee post-contract management, including providing contract administration advice to the client, claims tracking, and producing and processing contract change orders.
5. Partner closely with construction project management and cost management teams.
6. Work with the commercial team to advise the client on contract awards.

We Would Love To Hear From You If You

• Have successfully supported projects in a contracts or commercial role within a construction or development environment.
• Have strong research skills and an in-depth understanding of legal agreements.
• Have experience with Ariba or similar tender management platforms.
• Possess a working knowledge of local and international contract laws and corporate policies.
• Have excellent negotiation, persuasion, and judgment skills.
• Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Are detail-oriented and quality-focused.
