The Senior Contracts Executive will manage the full spectrum of contract-related work, ensuring efficient and effective contract administration, cost control, and procurement processes. The role demands a high level of independence, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and subcontracts.
  2. Monitor budgets, track variations, and manage change orders.
  3. Assist with tender preparation, bid evaluations, and vendor coordination.
  4. Identify risks and ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
  5. Collaborate with project teams to meet contractual deliverables.
  6. Support the preparation and resolution of claims and disputes.
  7. Undertake other duties as appropriate and as requested by management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract administration, cost control, and procurement.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and the Code of Conduct (COC).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
