Job summary

OFS Malaysia, a MODEC Group company in Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to support Contracts & Commercial activities in the KL region. You will assist with contract administration, pre-qualification, RFQs/RFPs, and supplier coordination, under the guidance of the Contracts Manager.

This role offers exposure to both project and corporate contracts within the MODEC Group. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of relevant experience in contracts or commercial roles, a tertiary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contracts & commercial duties.
• Exposure to pre-qualification and RFQs/RFPs for subcontracts.
• Ability to draft and administer low-to-moderate risk contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support contract management and administration activities.
• Support pre-contract activities and post-award documentation for subcontracts.
• Draft and review subcontract notices, amendments, and change orders.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely contract closeout and reporting.
• Handle data analysis to identify patterns and track performance.
