Prepare and evaluate progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

Manage and handle tender submissions.

Attend site valuations and measure completed work.

Organize, coordinate, and control subcontractor payment claims.

Participate in site meetings and provide support where required.

Ensure timely completion of assignments and meet deadlines.

Contribute to ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Maintain a proactive, result-driven attitude and self-motivation in task execution.

Requirements:

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to communication needs with certain clients and subcontractors.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
