- Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling development activities and liaising with authorities for development projects.
- Coordinate and monitor site work progress according to schedule and quality standards.
- Handle contract-related matters and coordinate material purchasing.
- Liaise with consultants on project planning and development, and follow up on authority submissions and approvals.
- Prepare correspondence for authority submissions, contractors, and relevant parties, and track approval letters.
- Ensure all drawings comply with designs and requirements.
- Assist in coordinating design and planning works with consultants, contractors, and relevant parties throughout all project stages.
- Perform any other duties as instructed by superiors or management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Planning.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the property development industry, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project is an advantage.
- Familiarity with architectural, civil, structural, landscape, mechanical, and electrical works.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Focused on time, cost, quality, and safety.
