About the role
The Senior Consultant advises clients to identify and define complex issues and commercial opportunities, then develops and implements strategies to improve technical and organizational effectiveness, contributing to positive bottom-line results for both clients and MaxGrip. They leverage their extensive network to generate new leads and business opportunities.
The Senior Consultant provides Board-level advice to identify and define complex issues and commercial opportunities, developing strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and achieve positive results for clients and MaxGrip.
Provides long-term strategic planning advice on Asset (Performance) Management and/or improvement programs/projects.
Leads large, complex (multidisciplinary) innovative programs/projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring quality and financial success.
Gathers industry insights through external engagement and translates these into new service offerings in collaboration with MaxGrip Business Development and account management, developing these for external and internal use.

More than 10 years of relevant experience.
BSc degree (Ing.) or equivalent in a technical engineering discipline.
Expertise in: A(P)M, Master Data, EAM, RCM, RBI, RCA, CM, Maintenance Management.
Analytical, adaptable, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to lead change and motivate others to adopt new ways of working.
