About the role

• The Senior Consultant advises clients to identify and define complex issues and commercial opportunities, then develops and implements strategies to improve technical and organizational effectiveness and achieves and contributes to positive bottom line results for clients as well for MaxGrip. From his/her extensive network he/she brings in new leads and orders.
• The Senior Consultant advises clients on Board level to identify and define complex issues and commercial opportunities, then develops and implements these strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and achieve positive bottom line results for client and MaxGrip.
• Advises client with long term strategic planning on Asset (Performance) Management and/or improvement programs/projects.
• Is responsible for an efficient and effective leadership of large and complex (multidisciplinary) innovative program/ projects (quality and financially)
• Obtains insights in knowledge areas and/or industry sector via external orientation. Translates new insights into new service offerings and, in close cooperation with MaxGrip Business Development/account management and develops these for external and internal purposes.

Job requirements

• > 10 years job related experience
• BSc degree (Ing.) / Academical in a technical engineering discipline
• Expert in :A(P)M / Master Data / EAM,RCM / RBI / RCA / CM ,Maintenance management,

• Analytical, adaptable and have excellent communicative skills
• Able to lead a change and get others to adopt new ways of working;
