Job summary

Atomic Recruitment SEA in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead end-to-end EPC activities for large-scale renewable energy projects, with a focus on floating Solar PV installations. You will oversee engineering, construction execution, and commissioning within budget and schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and at least six years in construction management for EPC projects in renewables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in construction management for EPC projects within renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall end to end project lifecycle from engineering, construction execution until commissioning activities within the budget and time constraints.
• Supervise and coordinate all the design, construction and installation related EPCC Contracts.
• Lead project site construction activities and ensure successful project delivery.
• Plan construction and logistics activities to support project milestones.
• Manage contractors, consultants, EPC stakeholders, governmental entities and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, inspection requirements, and project specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and construction performance.
• Identify and mitigate construction and commissioning risks.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and project interfaces across multiple work packages.
• Provide regular progress updates and reporting to senior project leadership.
