• Attend to client's briefing and site visit in order to understand the site condition and specific requirement of the project.
• Work closely with the team and client.
• Handle all design related scope including conceptual detailing and construction drawing.
• Have good knowledge in interior fit-out project management & technical detailing.
• Develop CAD drawings, 3D visuals, presentation boards from design stage until construction stage.
• Conduct site visits to ensure projects are developed according to specifications and requirements.
• Resolve design-related issues at all project stages.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate project and time management skills.
• Work within space, schedule, and budget constraints while maintaining design excellence and consistency.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• High level of design, space planning, and material selection skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Adobe software.
• Strong flair in 2D detailing, layout, and construction drawings is an advantage.
• Team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines, strong commitment, and self-motivation.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
