Job summary

Prudential Services Asia seeks a cloud platform engineer to own end-to-end cloud services on Azure and GCP, delivering scalable, secure platforms and reusable services. You will write code with Django, use IaC, and apply AI-assisted methods to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in cloud platform engineering across Azure and GCP.
• Proven ability to code and deliver production-grade platform services.
• Experience with Django, Infra as Code, Kubernetes, and AI-assisted development.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and 5+ years in software/cloud engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud platform services end to end, from design through deployment and operations.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and drive automation-first engineering using Django, APIs, IaC, agentic workflows, and cloud/web services.
• Apply AI-assisted and spec-driven development methods to improve productivity and delivery.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud platform architectures and shared services.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to improve self-service capabilities and developer experience.
