Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Cloud Applications Technical Lead to architect and deliver scalable front-end and cloud-based solutions across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS. You will guide a team, set coding standards, and collaborate with product managers to translate wireframes into robust interfaces.

You will work with Angular/React/Vue, Node.js, and AWS, delivering performant, accessible UI and integrated services, while driving CI/CD practices and ensuring quality through testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a cloud application developer.
• Proficiency with modern web frameworks (Angular, React, or Node.js).
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally.
• Experience in leading technical teams and driving best practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable front-end architectures for web provisioning portal.
• Set coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD workflows.
• Build and deploy reusable Angular/React/Vue components; tackle complex challenges.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers; conduct code reviews and feedback.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and back-end teams; manage cloud integration in AWS.
