Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cloud Applications Technical Lead in Malaysia to design and enhance cloud-native front-end solutions across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS layers. You will work with UI frameworks and cloud services to deliver scalable, maintainable interfaces while leading a skilled development team.

You will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to implement best practices, code quality, and performance optimizations, ensuring robust end-to-end delivery in a secure AWS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a cloud application developer.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and modern web frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Node.js).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guide the team in best practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable front-end architectures for our web provisioning portal.
• Set front-end coding standards and CI/CD workflows.
• Build and deploy reusable Angular/React/Vue components and modules.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers; conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and external teams to define interfaces and integrations.
• Deploy, optimize, and manage front-end assets in AWS (S3, CloudFront).
• Drive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies; troubleshoot issues.
