Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience including ≥1 year in project management.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and ICH GCP.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and budgets.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bid defense presentations with Business Development.
• Lead delivery and management of regional studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans.
• Ensure execution of studies per contract with quality and cost controls.
• Manage risk and issue resolution.
• Forecast opportunities and drive milestone achievement.
• Serve as primary or backup project contact with customers.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and vendor relationships.
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders.
• Identify lessons learned and implement best practices.
