The Senior Client Operations Officer in the Settlements team within the Custody Bank is responsible for processing and reporting with accurate and timely settlement of securities transactions. This role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Client Operations Officer will execute daily operations, implement process improvements, and maintain high standards of service delivery to clients. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of trade settlement processes and custody services.

Working hours: 4:00pm to 1:00am MYT

What will you do?

• Migrating a new fund or client into CACEIS or out from CACEIS
• Realign securities from one location to another
• Manage security static setup necessary for security transfers

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality: Tertiary educated with relevant background

Level of minimal experience: 0-2 years

Experience

• Well-versed with trade settlement flow, reporting, and settlements market operation
• In-depth understanding of ICSD, America, and European market requirements of settlements
• Good command of English with ability to understand non-native English speakers
• Confidence in dealing with mid to senior stakeholders (from Assistant Managers to Senior Managers) in migration projects

Technical skills required

• Good understanding of Globe application
• In-depth understanding of ICSD, America, and European market requirements of settlements
