Job description

A leading law firm is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to join their team on a part-time basis, working 2.5 days per week with flexible location options. This role involves working closely with Client Relationship Partners and their teams to strengthen client relationships and drive profitable growth. The successful candidate will be supported by a Client Development Executive and other business services professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic client development plans in collaboration with relationship partners.
  • Manage client team meetings, share knowledge, identify cross-selling opportunities, and plan development activities.
  • Share best practices in relationship investments, service delivery, and client development.
  • Utilize the firm’s client intelligence portal and CRM systems to share insights and tools.
  • Support the development of the firm’s Client Listening Programme in collaboration with the Head of Client Development.
  • Report on and review client engagement activities to support governance.
  • Promote and communicate the firm’s client work through internal channels.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business issues and contribute valuable ideas to the client development process.

Note: Due to sector-specific requirements, only candidates with relevant experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or similar high-profile organization will be considered.
