Job summary

MSIG Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive to join the Commercial Line Claims team. You will manage claims assessment, investigation, negotiation, and settlement within authority limits, delivering efficient services and safeguarding the Company's interests.

You will ensure legitimate claims are handled promptly and in compliance with BNM guidelines, MSIG policies, and regulatory requirements, while supporting recoveries and maintaining adequate reserves.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Adequate knowledge and understanding of Underwriting and/or Claims.

Responsibilities

• Assess, investigate, and negotiate claims settlements within the authorization limits.
• Ensure legitimate claims are handled promptly, fairly, and cost-effectively while maintaining reserves.
• Provide efficient claims services to claimants and intermediaries while upholding MSIG's service standards.
• Ensure compliance with BNM policy documents and MSIG guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate and investigate suspicious and/or fraudulent claims, pursue recoveries.
