Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial, semiconductor, or facilities projects.
• Solid understanding of CSA design, construction methods, codes, and safety requirements.
• Ability to review drawings, specs, calculations, and submittals.
• Strong project management and contractor coordination skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and Bluebeam; knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
• Demonstrates ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills; works under pressure.
• Safety-focused with a proactive approach to risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSA construction activities to ensure safe, timely, quality site execution.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and facilities teams across design phases.
• Verify construction quality against specs and manage punch lists and defects.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, permits, and local regulations; support audits.
• Support tender assessments, technical Clarifications, and contractor onboarding.
• Maintain inspection procedures and asset condition plans for CSA systems.
