Senior Change Owner for Maturation

Join us in this role where you’ll become part of a dedicated team developing and implementing scalable solutions for our energy settlement.

You’ll be part of the Global Revenue Services APAC team where you, together with your colleagues, will identify key data points for energy calculations based on Power Purchase Agreements. Additionally, you will contribute to the enhancement and to further developing our scalable energy settlement system.

You’ll play an important role in:

1. developing & maturing power settlement process for a new market, to enable robust settlements process which aligned with power purchase contracts, pricing condition & regional regulatory requirements
2. building dispute resolution protocols and controls for wind power settlement which address curtailment discrepancies and grid imbalance penalties
3. resolving discrepancies in meter data to ensure accurate reporting and power purchase invoicing
4. analysing and interpreting Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and energy contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory framework and minimising financial risks
5. liaising with internal stakeholders across the whole organisation globally to ensure that our processes support their business needs and facilitating an end-to-end perspective on proposed solutions
6. driving increased efficiency by continuously looking for optimisation and automation

To succeed in the role, you:

1. completed a degree within economics, accounting and/or finance, or a member of any professional bodies, e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA, etc.
2. have experience with energy contracts, including pricing models, production calculation, incentives and compensation frameworks. Candidates from Engineering, Energy Trading or Power market operations with strong experience in Energy/Power Purchase contracts will also be considered.
3. strong Power BI skills and basic programming language (i.e. SQL)
4. are good in SAP application and experience with S/4HANA implementation
