One of the biggest banks in the world, our client is hiring for multiple Senior Change Managers to join their growing team and support their ongoing projects across the region.
Your new role
Under the Global Chief Operating Office (GCOO) Transformation Services team, you'll work towards the vision of “Being the Group’s primary change partner, supporting the implementation of the Group Strategy and making change a source of sustainable competitive advantage”.
GCOO change teams are at the heart of the bank, working between Lines of Businesses and Functions on high-profile programmes, from strategy and design to delivery and change adoption.
Senior Change Managers oversee change management end-to-end for programs or projects that deliver specific outcomes, on time and within budget. Projects may be standalone or part of a larger programme.
