We have around 10,000 salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, and Category Development.

About the role

As our Senior Trade Marketing Manager at Reckitt, you will lead the development of impactful strategies to boost our sales and market presence. Your efforts will ensure our leading brands excel in stores, engaging customers and driving demand. You will leverage your expertise with the 4Ps to craft innovative category strategies, embodying the brand vision within marketplaces. This role offers the opportunity to shape market trends, act as a brand envoy in partner stores, and inspire others to execute your strategies effectively.

Your responsibilities
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and e-commerce departments to define and execute category-specific strategies.
  • Translate brand strategies into dynamic customer marketing plans to establish a strong in-store presence.
  • Drive the development of consumer and channel insights through research, informing our category strategies.
  • Lead annual planning, aligning strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee new product launches, including sales materials and in-market implementation of the 4Ps.
The experience we're looking for
  • Solid experience in sales or marketing with a proven track record of successful marketing initiatives.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to use data for forecasting and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to build partnerships and influence decisions through a consultative approach.
  • Strong understanding of customer, channel, and sales strategies, including P&L management.
  • Commitment to operational excellence and strategy implementation.
