Responsibilities
  • Provide quality service to guests
  • Ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and strive for customer delights
  • Ensure that service / items are prepared according to the standards
  • Check cleanliness of the section prior to and after service
  • Obtain customer feedback during operation to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist the manager in the day to day operations
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience, with 3 years experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent guest interaction skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Guest oriented and a good team player
  • Outgoing and friendly with great attention to detail
